Achieve sales targets set for the branch. Maintain 4X productivity
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products offered by the organization.
Stay updated on market and competition activities as well as relevant compliance, norms, rules, and regulations.
Provide excellent client servicing, promptly addressing client inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Maintain professional coordination within the team to deliver seamless services.
Acquire new clients with an annual target
Update daily sales tracker and share on a weekly basis with the respective Reporting Manager & Regional Manager
Build a robust culture of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and manage all escalations to ensure retention of business.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy by achieving individual and branch sales targets.
Keep abreast to the current market scenario
All the other task assigned by the reporting authority as per requirement
