Job Description
Position: DGM Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Civil Engineering, Salary: - 30 LPA, Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Construction Management (Preferred)
Experience:- 15–20+ years of experience in industrial construction and project execution. Experience in Distillery, Ethanol, Sugar, Brewery, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Process Industry projects preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design coordination, execution, and commissioning support of all civil works for distillery and associated facilities. Develop project schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies. Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets. Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility teams for seamless project execution.
- Civil Construction Management, Oversee construction of Distillation and fermentation buildings, Ethanol storage tank foundations, Process structures, Utility buildings, Warehouses and administrative buildings, Internal roads and drainage systems, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) structures, Water treatment facilities, Monitor site progress and resolve engineering and construction issues.
