Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounts, Finalization of Financial Statements, Internal audit ,
Statutory audits, Taxation matters, Treasury/Financial Management of funds of organization - Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets,
income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in
accordance with accounting standards. To lead and work in all round functions of Accounting , MIS, Costing, Taxation, Statutory Compliances
Financial Analysis , implementation of Internal Control and General Management of Peoples to ensure the customers and other departments satisfactions and to achieve Management Goal - Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and
long-term financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights for
decision-making. - Taxation and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including the
preparation of tax returns. Stay current with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and
minimize tax liabilities. - Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement. Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and reduce costs. - Audit and Assurance: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit
process. Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls. - Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring that funds are available for
operational needs and strategic investments. - Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Develop and
maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Strategic Financial Planning: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Assist in evaluating potential investments and business opportunities.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Stay
informed about changes in financial reporting requirements.
