· Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Statutory Compliances, Employee Engagement, Attrition Control & Employee Satisfaction, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Attrition Control & Employee Satisfaction, Administer HR policies and procedures
· Payroll Management & Statutory Compliances, MIS Presentation and Presentation, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal.
· Salary & wages Administration as per company norms and the notification being issued by the State Govt. time to time.
· Joining Formalities & Design Induction Plan
· Employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations under consultation with HR Head.
