Job Details:-
HR Manager Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. Recruits, helps with interviews, hires, and works collaboratively to onboard new staff.
Responsible for resolving disputes, enforcing labor laws, and managing union relations, while also handling traditional HR tasks like hiring, payroll, and employee development
Ensuring strict obedience to labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF, ESI, )
HR Manager will Provides a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Conduct Interview with concern department. Preparing CTC Break-Up negotiation sheet as per previous CTC. Document Verification for selected candidate etc.
