Job Description
Job Responsibility:-
1. Operational strategies to meet the daily / weekly and monthly delivery plans.
2. Heading departments like, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, Procurement, Raw Materials stores, Maintenance, Engineering, Design, NPD/ETO, Tool Stores and Human Resource
3. Implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures
to aid and improve operational performance at both plant level as well as suppliers manufacturing facilities
4. Supervising production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control.
5. Preventative maintenance schedules for machinery in order to assure employees safety and guarantee production forecasts are met.
6. Ensuring Production planning and implementation, for delivery on time, quality norms
7. Robotics production handing experience
8. Manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance
9. responsible for quality up gradation & productivity with key emphasis on improving quality
10. Reporting to the Managing Director with a prime focus on the profitability, achievements and growth of the group
