Responsibilities:-
Market Discovery & Spec Ownership
Proactive Market Research: Conduct targeted research in industrial, educational, and
Research Biology and Chemistry laboratory environments to identify unmet product needs
and emerging market trends.
Technical Spec Ownership: Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents
(PRDs) and functional specifications prior to engineering design—defining performance
metrics, user workflows, target unit costs, and key competitive differentiators.
Voice-of-Customer (VoC) Pipeline: Establish and maintain a systematic feedback
loop—synthesizing market feedback, quality metrics, distributor input, and end-user pain
points—into an evidence-backed product backlog.
Design Evaluation & Usability Input: Continuously evaluate engineering prototypes
against original specifications throughout development, proactively identifying ergonomics,
Feasibility, and competitive gaps.
Go-to-Market Content Translation: Translate engineering designs into clear, accurate
technical manuals, specification sheets, and comparative positioning collateral for global
across active NPD projects based on market opportunity and strategic urgency.
